You advise international, often listed organizations on complex cross-border tax issues. You don't do that alone: you work intensively in international and multicultural teams and interact daily with colleagues and EY offices around the world. This way, you combine in-depth tax knowledge with a strong international dynamic.
You advise a wide range of organizations and entrepreneurs, from multinationals and scale-ups to family businesses, non-profits and their shareholders. In addition, you work closely with specialists from other tax disciplines. The issues are diverse and personal, so you are really close to the customer and make an impact with customized advice.
You assist clients in the tax aspects of financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital market transactions. You are involved in every phase of the process and help customers make the right tax choices under high time pressure. Dynamic, analytical and always at the heart of the deal.
You advise customers on internal transfer pricing, so that they comply with international laws and regulations and are in line with market conditions. In addition, you support them in achieving a realistic profit distribution and effective tax position.
