At Talent, you contribute to EY's success in the field of HR. You work together in an open culture and in teams with many disciplines: HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Wellbeing and Total Rewards, for example. There is plenty of room to challenge and further develop yourself.
You develop bid strategies, contribute ideas about winning strategies, control the top segment of the market and support market-oriented teams. This is how you build complex long-term projects and strengthen important customer relationships.
You provide legal services to all EY entities in the Netherlands and support governance and departments in areas such as contract law, privacy, liability, employment law and supervisory legislation.
Within Corporate Responsibility, sustainable awareness, climate action and social engagement are the core. You provide organization and communication around the EY Ripples initiatives, allowing colleagues to use their skills and expertise for social organizations.
You support activities that contribute to risk management and regulatory requirements. You facilitate EY Netherlands in risk management tasks and play a role in new challenges such as data protection, financial crime and compliance.
Within the internal Finance team, you work for both the Dutch EY practice and worldwide via Global Finance. You provide services in the areas of financial and legal reporting, planning and budgeting, financial auditing and advice, market support and compliance and tax support.
