Your application

Depending on the role, we may ask you to upload your CV or both your CV and a short motivation letter.

Introduction with our recruiter

One of our recruiters will contact you. This may be a phone call or a short online meeting to explore whether the role could be a good match for you and whether EY feels right for you.

First interview and online assessment

Before the first interview, you will complete a game based assessment. This is not a standard questionnaire, but an interactive way for us to learn more about your strengths and how you think. During the first interview, which can be online or at an EY office, we will discuss your results together and you will meet a colleague from the team.

Second interview

If both sides are enthusiastic, you will be invited to a second interview. Here we will go deeper into the role and talk about topics that matter to you. In some cases, this stage may include a business case. Depending on the position, there may be an additional final interview.

You will receive an offer from us. Once everything is finalised, the pre employment screening begins. After that, you are ready to start your journey at EY.
