In this traineeship, you will immerse yourself in the entire transaction process, work on impactful projects and build a solid network within EY-Parthenon and beyond.

The Transaction Graduate Program lasts 1.5 years and is the way to give you a broad basis in the world of strategy and transactions. You will learn everything about the various disciplines within EY-Parthenon, work with the tools that our consultants work with every day, and develop your soft skills, from presenting to giving and receiving feedback. In addition, you will immediately build a network: you will get to know colleagues from all EY services and work intensively with other TGP trainees.

You can delve into one of the departments within these teams, but you can also broaden your knowledge by rotating to another department. It's up to you. During the program, you can rotate twice in blocks of six months. Then you go back to the team where you started. You are applying for the position of consultant within one of these teams within EY-Parthenon:
