Are you about to enter the labor market and do you want to quickly develop into a strong consultant within the Strategy & Transactions branch of EY? Then start your career at EY and take part in the Transactions Graduate Program (TGP). In this traineeship, you will immerse yourself in the entire transaction process, work on impactful projects and build a solid network within EY-Parthenon and beyond.

EY-Parthenon:

where strategy and transactions come together

With over 397,000 colleagues worldwide, we work at EY on Assurance, Tax, EY-Parthenon and Consulting. Our role is becoming increasingly important: from reliable financial information to strategic advice in a world that is becoming more complex. Technology often plays a key role in this. At EY-Parthenon, we advise clients on strategy, capital and growth. This means that we contribute ideas about investments, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and restructuring. This is how we help organizations achieve their strategic goals and be ready for the future.

What is the

EY-Parthenon Graduate Program?

The Transaction Graduate Program lasts 1.5 years and is the way to give you a broad basis in the world of strategy and transactions. You will learn everything about the various disciplines within EY-Parthenon, work with the tools that our consultants work with every day, and develop your soft skills, from presenting to giving and receiving feedback. In addition, you will immediately build a network: you will get to know colleagues from all EY services and work intensively with other TGP trainees.

In short: your career is gaining momentum.

Working together

based on trust

EY is about collaboration, open communication and trust. The customer counts on high-quality advice and work. This means that we will solve the puzzle together: you bring your fresh perspective, we bring our experience and guidance. The assignments are varied, the teams are multidisciplinary and the challenges are dynamic. That never makes work boring. You get plenty of space to develop yourself and shape your career in a way that suits you.

How does the EY-Parthenon

Graduate Program work?

01

Kick-off week

You will start in September or March with an intensive kick off week, together with fellow trainees.

02

Throughout the year, three Learning Network Meetings take place.

Approximately every 15 weeks, you will attend one or two day training sessions focused on both your technical expertise and your personal development.

03

Entry moment

The official intake moments are in September and March. If this timing is not feasible, we will discuss the options with you and adjust your training programme accordingly where possible.

04

Development & Learning team meetings (DLT meeting)

In small groups of four to six trainees, you share experiences, challenges and insights under the guidance of your DLT coach. This way, you learn both from and with one another.

Deepen or broaden?

Your choice.

You can delve into one of the departments within these teams, but you can also broaden your knowledge by rotating to another department. It's up to you. During the program, you can rotate twice in blocks of six months. Then you go back to the team where you started. You are applying for the position of consultant within one of these teams within EY-Parthenon:
