The application process

Submit your application

Depending on the role, you will be asked to upload either just your CV or also a short cover letter.

Introduction with our recruiter

One of our recruiters will reach out to you. This might be a phone call or a short digital meeting to explore whether the role is a good fit for you and whether you feel EY is right for you.

First interview + online assessment

Before the first interview, you will complete a game based assessment. This is not a standard questionnaire, but an interactive way for us to understand your strengths and how you approach situations. During the first interview, held online or at one of our offices, you will discuss the results together and meet a colleague from the team.

Second interview

If there is mutual enthusiasm, you will be invited to a second interview. During this conversation, we will explore the role in more depth and discuss topics that are important to you. In some cases, this stage may include a business case. Depending on the position, there may be an additional final interview.

We are a match!

You will receive an offer from us. Once everything has been finalised, the pre employment screening process begins. After that, you are ready to start your new chapter at EY.
